Mango and Mint Icy Pole

Ingredients

4 mangoes
600ml water
mint
paddle pop sticks
ice block moulds

Cooking time:

Overnight

Method

1. Peel and blend mango, mint and water.

2. Pour into moulds and set with sticks.

Great for kids around the BBQ
