4 x 150g pieces white flaky fish (eg. Snapper, Whiting)2 Queensland mangoes2 avocados1 red onionparsleysalt and pepperoillemon juice

1. Dice mango, avocado and onion then add the parsley, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
2. Season the fish and pan fry until just cooked.
3. Spoon Salsa on top and serve immediately.
