Ingredients

1kg prawns (cooked)
1 mango pureed
1 cup plain yoghurt
salt and pepper
1 tsp tabasco sauce
1 iceberg lettuce

Method

1. Mix mango puree, yoghurt, tabasco and salt and pepper.

2. Peel prawns, thinly slice lettuce.

3. Arrange lettuce on plate and add prawns, spoon on sauce.
