Congratulations to Fancee Fruit & Deli from Carindale Brisbane who have won a cash prize of $10,000 for taking the crown of Australia’s Best Mango Retailer.

The national mango merchandising competition attracted many entries from independent green grocers from all over Australia.

The competition was fierce and the Australian Mango Industry was impressed with the high quality of displays that were entered by all stores. But Fancee Fruit & Deli went above and beyond, creating their own signage to entice their customers to purchase the summer’s most popular fruit, mangoes.

The Mango Recipe Competition attracted many delicious entries from Restaurant & Catering Australia members but it was Roux Blond Catering’s stunning Mango Mille-Feuille that captured the spirit of summer and the heart of the judge - celebrity chef and Aussie Mangoes ambassador, Tobie Puttock.
