200g of mango provides you with up to three times your recommended daily intake (RDI) of Vitamin A and Vitamin C and the riper and deeper the colour of the flesh, the higher the carotenoid level (such as beta-carotene)
Besides vitamins C and A, mangoes contain two other recognised antioxidants – vitamin E and Selenium, which can aid in the prevention of heart disease, cancer and diabetes
Mangoes also contain a water soluble fibre and important B complex vitamins which are known for their anti-stress properties
Important minerals such as iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, zinc and folic acid are also present in nutritious Australian mangoes
