Ordinary Membership

Ordinary Members are either producer members or allied industry members.

Associate Membership

People associated with the mango industry who do not wish to join as an Ordinary Member can join AMIA as an Associate Member at no cost and have an active role in the direction of AMIA and the industry.

These people can apply to become Associate Members of AMIA. Associate membership is free, and allows these members to participate in the industry organisation. They are entitled to the full rights and privileges of ordinary membership, but cannot vote at a general meeting of Members or become Board Directors.

Examples of people who could apply for Associate Membership include children of Ordinary Members (more than 14 years of age and less than 18), the husband or wife of an Ordinary Member, or an employee of an Ordinary Member.

Associate Members receive copies of industry publications, access to the members section of the website, notice of AMIA meetings and can have input into industry activities and events.
